Return of goods - cancellation policy
 
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 7 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you,
who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us by filling in the contact form under
"Contact Warranty Request Returns" or send us an e-mail.

After that, your request will be processed and, if necessary, you will be given the address for the return.

Inform us, by means of a clear statement by contact form or e-mail to revoke this contract.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of
the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
 
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must return to you all payments we have received from you,
excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on
which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.
 
For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. For the repayment, we use the same means of

In no case you will be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have
received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,

You will receive the return address after your declaration to revoke this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 7 days.
 
You have to pay the shipping costs for the return of the goods.
 
You only have to pay for any loss
of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to your handling the goods in a way that is not necessary
for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
